These set of 12 bottles are used to develop the Olfactory (sense of smell) sense of the child. The child learns to differentiate between various types of smell introduced by filling the bottles with different types of material. The lid of the bottles have a porous openings that allows the child to take in the smell. The lids are also colour coded to enable pairing and gradation. Each of the bottles is also provided with a lid to hold the smell for a period of time. The bottles are stored in a pair of polished wooden boxes.
