Identical Pairing: Clothes

One of the first pairing activities to be introduced to the child. Set includes 10 pairs of wooden cards printed with various common clothes that people wear like shirt, pant, etc. Children are asked to visually pair the similar clothes. It can also be used to build vocabulary in the young child by pointing to them the images and pronouncing the name of the cloth. One can also play memory games with the child where we keep one set of cards far away in a tray, point to a particular card and ask the child to go to the other set and bring the matching card. This helps in building short term memory in the young child.
